What should i do to help front?

does fincar help the front at all? because i was going to start on just fincar & nizoral, but apparently neither help the front which is what im mainly concerned about, should i try applying rogaine there? if i use roagine for awhile then stop will it ruin my hair, will i have to use it for life? Also when using nizoral is it ok to use conditioner afterwards?
