What should I do? [Pics]

Hi all.

I'm 25 years old, used to have a quite thick hair, especially in the crown area untill like 3 months ago (Aug 2014), 2 months after I had a major hair cut (June 2014 - I'm usually very conservative about my haircuts, never had a full one, only cut the very tips, until that one). Then when my hair got its length back, I noticed an increased shedding in my hands when I'm bathing. The strange thing is, I don't even remember if that was the first time I notice shedding, maybe because I never paid attention before, but then I stood in front of the mirror and there it was, I could see my scalp for the first time in my life!

Since then, I'm in panic really, every single hair shedding in my hand gave me the willies, and still does, even though I've never counted over a 100 a day.

Less than a month ago, I decided to see a dermatologist. He asked me about family history of Androgenetic Alopecia and I answered no (I still don't know the proper answer and I didn't ask him if my uncle's - my mom's brother - Androgenetic Alopecia is considered a +ve family history). So, he prescribed me Ducray's Anastim solution suggesting that it might be Telogen Effluvium as long as there's no FH, and I've been on it since then without noticeable results yet.

I'll be going on Anastim for the rest of it (2-month-treatment), but don't really know what I should do after I'm done with it with no result. So what do you guys think?

PS: The 3 pics from the left are taken today, after another major haircut I had for the military service (It's obligatory in my country and a shaved head is mandatory). The other 3 are from like a month ago with more than a medium length hair.

Also, can somebody please give me the Norwood stage I'm currently on? thnx.

Some hairs actually look miniaturized and some others look no different than the others from the safe side. But I don't think this is a new case, as I noticed that before even before it all started, or more precisely before I paid attention.

I should've mentioned that I tried a ketoconazole shampoo but the first time I shampooed with it, I found loads of hair in my hands. I panicked and decided I will no longer use it. I don't know if I should've continued with it or not.

I am not an authority, but it seems like male pattern baldness.

get on the big three ASAP, if finasteride gives you sides switch to RU, I would also recommend nofap, but it has not been proven to work.
it seems you are diffuser, you guys respond very well to treatment, if you start big 3 today I would say that in 6 months you'd be recovered.

So what do you suggest I should do?
no . . finasteride may give you re growth. . . depends from person to person and it WILL most definitely maintain. If you dont get desired regrowth thn you can always add minoxidil. Your case is not that aggressive and you can try one option at a time. IMO you shd jump on big 3 right away if you have very aggressive male pattern baldness.
