What Should I do now

I started hair loss around temple at 18 years and now its become diffuse in NW5 pattern thinning..... I started big 3 around 5 and 1/2 months before. around 3 month I had a little regrowth in form of peach fuzz. but at month mark I started shedding heavily and it has continued till now... Now my hairline is worse where I apply minoxidil most. I am shedding all kinds of hairs. mostly thin..... What should I do now??? Some suggest drop minoxidil??

You typically have to tough it out and stay on the regimen, things get worse before they get better. Most guys shed, this isnt anything new.

Even at nearly 6 month mark??
