Currently doing,

1 x Propecia 1mg everyday
2 x minoxidil 5%

Will start
Nizoral 2x a week

Was thinking maybe MSM?

The one bad thing about washing my hair once a day, is now I straighten it once a day. Yes i'm a bloke, but it looksgood, and whats the point having hair if you can't enjoy it! Although i am concered I am straightening too often.

Thoughts please.

I've heard of spironolactone, Prox, Folligen, and Tricomen. Wuld i see any benefits moving to them?

you can look at my website. the only addition I have is where you can buy some fatty acids, which you can read about in the experimental section, along with certain extracts.

spironolactone is helpful, but I don't think it is worth the hassel, given the alternatives. The other stuff is easy use and I think is a bargan that everyone should use.

Perfect.

Consider a good multivitamin too... just to help eliminate any nutritional problems.

And be sure that's 2% Nizoral. The 1% *might* work too, but I don't believe it was ever tested. The 2% we know works.

The only other possible "upgrade" might be from propecia to dutasteride.

It doesn't help with hair loss, but it *may* speed up growth - so you'd see results faster. I've pretty much given up on it though. I've never found any hard evidence supporting increased growth.

Possibly. Thing is, the Big Three items you're already using are proven effective. Everything else... well, it's fun to experiment, but that other stuff is expensive, and even if it does help... I doubt it's anywhere near as effective as what you're already doing.

tricomin was proven effective in phaseII FDA trials. it should be part of the big 4.

Great 4:

Avodart, minoxidil, Tricomin, Nizoral

Most people on this will see great results in my opinion.

yeah, but I still recommend mixing in a few other things.

alternating folligen with tricomin is not only cheaper, but might be better.

many of the anti-oxidant extracts are good too. Then there are the fatty acids. They can all be mixed in minoxidil so you don't need as many applications.

it is amazing how scared some people are, even with all the evidence this stuff is safe and improves health.
