(haha I love this thread's title! "everyone please... :roll: :evil: "haha)

I shampoo every second or third day.

First T/Sal(3 min), second nizoral(10min).

If I feel like it I use Pregaine Clear Gel instead of the above combo.

Morrocco Method(all 4)
Lamas Chinese Herb Stimulating & Rice Protein Volumizing
Sweet Sunnah Organic Black Seed Herbal Henna
Micellarin Green

Those are the ones I use the most. It's kind of hard to rotate just one..

ok some of you people dont listen well!!! i see 97 views and only see 1..2..3..4..5..6 posts!

if you people can take out only 15-20 seconds out of your busy schedule to list the shampoo/conditioner you are using that would be great...

THANKS!

oh and thanks to everyone that posted. :D

Nizoral 2% pretty much every time, but I only leave it on my scalp for 30 seconds or so and then wash it off and use a regular shampoo. Whatever is around... sometimes Tricomin Shampoo.

NANO shampoo, alternated with ordinary cheap, non-medicated shampoos.

Rotation:

nizoral 2% (Dr. Lee's)

Back to Basics Green Tea Shampoo w/ a dab of Nano added for good measure;

Head & Shoulders (to which I've added 10 B6 capsules);

(Condition w/ Revivogen as needed.)

hair tomorrow, you sure have alot of stuff in your regimen.
Good luck with that.

Thanks Don. I'm starting my 7th month on finasteride and hoping to see some new hairs sprouting soon!

(this month's pictures weren't encouraging though) :kaputt:

I don't know if any of you have tried more expensive shampoos than cheaper supermarket brands like Fructis

but in my experience (I've tried dozens) one of the best shampoos out there is Louise Galvin Sacred Locks (google it). It's very pricey (£22 for 200ml) but also very gentle whilst adding body and shine. SLS free too.

Othere great shampoos worth a mention would be Philip Kinglsey's (his whole range is quite good).

The difference between shampooing with cheap nasty shampoo and with a premium or salon brand is HUGE in my opinion.
