hi, i am 17 years old male
last year i had severe body dysmorphic disorder and severe psychological and then noticed my hair falling out in abundance, literally over 200 every time id shower and dry
trichologists and dermatologists told me it was telogen effluvium and that i need to just calm down
the shedding has slowed down a lot, probably only lose around 5-10 per shower now, and i feel my hair is getting better (i lost like 60% in a couple of months, no baldspots just loss of volume all over including back and sides)
anyways, i want to start going to the gym but i want to take better care of my hair as i know how hard losing hair is like, after i workout in the gym what shampoo should i use (workout 3 times a week), to remove all the dht or sebum and stuff? (nothing too powerful or harsh on my hair, something to just take better care of it?)
and which conditioner should i use on days i am not going to the gym (i currently use alpecin shampoo and heads and shoulders conditioner)
