What questions do you want to ask a dermatologist?

Are you going to see a dermatologist? I would ask why do my thinning areas have yellow/brown dots at the hair follicle. Are they effecting my hair and is there anything I can do for it.

This is what my hair looks like under microscope only on thinning areas.
