Guy, I didn't say you're a NW3, I said you're 2.5 meaning you're on your way to NW3. To have that kind of thinning at 18 you are actually on your way to NW7 if you don't take drastic action.

First off im 24 now take a look at my profile i made this account a while back, my brother had same exact thinning as me at my age hes 33 now and has more or less the same hairline as he did then now with slightly more thinning thanks for the input

Is he on finasteride? It's unusual for someone to bald that much in their teens/early 20s and then have it just stop.

No he is not, hes still losing some hair but hes not a nw3 yet, seemed as tho he was hit hardest in his early twenties then from then on it kinda just cooled down quite a bit, his hair line then has been more a less identical to what hes has now with slightly thinner hair in the front

His hair doesn't look as bad as yours to me. He looks like a solid NW2, whereas you are starting to thin beyond that. It's not unusual for a person to mature to NW2 and then stop. When you start going beyond NW2 is when you have to worry.
