when will all of you moron's understand?
the norwood scale is no good,it shows a few possibble situations but the thruth is everybody goes bald in a different way and most of us just arent in the scale
there is no Norwood 1.5
there is no Norwood 2.5
its just a list of possilbe situations a balding man can be in

I'm aware that hairlines don't follow the exact shape of the Norwood scale but I'm happy with a close approximation.

Yes it makes hair that was once limp easier to shape, it says in your regimen that you've been on minoxidil since 05/05, you haven't seen any regrowth?

Yes, but I wanted to grow it out so I could see how the medication affected the texture of my hair, previously the hair was becoming very dry and falling too awkwardly to style, since I have grown it out I have noticed a big difference in that department, it's no longer falling out and the foam is making it easier to style, if you look at my last post I have updated it with a pic that shows my hair more recently, it is with no product.

 If you are a nw2, you dont just wake up one day and all of a sudden you are a nw3. Its gradual. Obviously, nw2.5 is between 2 and 3. Cop on lad

just be glad i didn't say Norwood 2.25, because that's actually what i was thinking- in between nw2 and nw2.5

They are lying to you. You are NW10.

Yeah but badasshairday neglected to mention that his Norwood estimation was given in binary(where 10=2) so you actually are only a Norwood 2 in his opinion. Thanks for bringing some math and variety to this thread, badasshairday.

Cheers. :D

Hehe.. nice one guys, at the point that I took those photos I was losing a silly amount of hair and my head was constantly itchy.. I think it would've been a definate NW3 by next summer without treatment, fingers crossed I may be able to sneak under the radar for a little while. :)

Roki, what scale do you go by?
i dont go by a scale
sure some people follow the description of possibole hairloss stages norwood puted together but its not a scale
there is nothing like NW2.5 or anything like that and it dosent cover all types of baldness aswell
take me for exemple i havent lost a milimeter on my harline but im thinning on top so that would require jayman to somehow decide based on god knows what that i am a Norwood 1.7 or whatever
hairloss is not something you can put in a scale
you could have to count the hairs or something
