Depends on skull shape. I think some norwood 1 can look awful to be honest. I personally don't like it when the forhead is to little and the hairline starts very low. I actually think a norwood 2 looks better.

Gabriel Macth is 2.5 Norwood but he is shown as senior advocate in the show, you expect them to be little bald. Look at louis litt, he looks sh*t with that shiny head. Also gabriel has nice facial features & shown intelligent hence we all over look his hair.
