hey could you guyes help me out with this ?
i noticed my hair was receding in the temples when i was 18 now im 26 and the last 2 years my hair got thinner on the sides ( retrograde alopecia ) now my hair is getting thinner all arround :/ its really weard do i have dupa? i also noticed my beard is changing color its becomming red instead of black/brown
i'm really confused

Male pattern baldness, good news is you still have good thickness up top, jump on 1mg finasturide and rogain foam on your temples, that should help thicken what you have and could help you regrow a little on your temples.

Looks like diffuse. Are you losing hair right now in your sides near the ears if you try to pull them out? Or is it stable now?

i tried to pull some hairs at certain points but i'm not really losing anything. i started balding arround my 17-18 years and was a norwood 2 till my 25 without any treatments. i'm already on minoxidil for 6 months. tried finasteride but got to much sides even on a lower dose. if im going bald with diffuse norwood 3 am i still going to have a little bit donor hair left for future treatments ? i'm also suffering retrograde alopecia.

Doesn’t look too good tbh. Definitely not if transplant unless we witness Tsuji’s method. Stick with minoxidil for now.
