What is your take on this doctors opinion on dosage

It is not rational to take it every other day unless you are having side effects from every day.

I take 1.25 mg a day and have no side effects.

Yeah, I'm thinking about this because I get sides from 1mg every day.

It's just this quote that got me thinking..

But several studies show that a single dose of finasteride suppresses serum DHT for 7 days or more (Eur J Drug Metab Pharmacokinet. 1991 Jan-Mar;16(1):15-21, J Clin Endocrinol Metab. 1990 Apr;70(4):1136-41, Prostate. 1989;14(1):45-53).
