I have tried to adjusting my treatment plan myself for about two weeks. The main matters of treatment are:

2) Oral Treatment:
  • Propecia 1 mg (Finasteride) - One Pill in Every Day.
3) Shampoo:
  • Nizoral 20 mg Cetoconazol Shampoo (60 Ml) - Once a Week
  • Nashi Argan Shampoo (200 ml) - Every Day (Except Nazoral's Day)
4) Tools:
  • 0,2 mm Dermaroller - Every Day
5) Nutrition:
  • Solgar Biotin 5000 mcg - One Pill Every Day
  • Solgar Male Multiple - One Pill Every Day.

GI Joey, what he means is that no slick bald areas exist. Obviously, this guy has diffuse thinning and it's def been the case for awhile. However, his regimen is pretty aggressive with both RU and Finasteride. Also, he has many hairs that can be thickened for an eventual gain.

@4myfuture What do you think about my plan? If you think it is very aggressive, I can remove one product in my treatment. Which product I need to remove, RU or Propecia?

When I say aggressive, I mean your using a dht blocker and inhibitor. What are we really talking about here in terms of treatment? Basically, finasteride/RU and Rogaine Foam. And to a smaller extent Nixoral followed by Vitamins...It would help to know more about your history. Is this the first attempt at treating hairloss? If not, what have you used and for how long. In my opinion, your base is finasteride/Rogaine Foam and those would be most important. RU is sort of extra insurance, although my beef with it is that it is experimental and how reliable is your source?

Come back in 6 month and keep us updated wth your resut
I think you will have really good result , and minoxidil will be a really important part of your regimen as a diffuse thinner .

@4myfuture Yes, this is the my first attempt for hair loss. I have never used anything before except different hair loss shampoos. I try to read results of researchs and experiments related the all parts of my treatment. But I can not find more information about RU58841.

Looks good. As you don't have bald spots you could see some real good improvement in the next 12-24 months. Honestly in my opinion I'd buzz that sh*t though. Grow it out in about a year and see where you're at.

Thanks for clarifying.

@Pacey123 bruh forget brainfog, after seeing you and @Dontwannabeabetabob posts I thought I had post finasteride hallucination syndrome.

Sounds like a solid plan. You can always try dutasteride as well if Finasteride doesn't work for you. That's quite a diffuse scalp though, so I wish you luck.
