What is up with the GENHAIR.COM store ??????

I read on here that this was a good place to order products. I ordered some items over a month ago and they still have not come in. The website says that my order is still pending. There does not seem to be a way to get a hold of them either ( no Phone or email). Does anyone know whats up with this site?

My last order from there took a while longer then usual as well... I e-mailed them and apparently they're having a few technical issues but I've got my order ok now.

20$ for consultation with Dr. Lee is worth the money. Though his products are expensive than gen hair, I get mine delivered in two-three days.
