what is the lil white piece of scalp/skin/that is on the end of hairs when they come out?...is that just scalp or is that the actual dht ...and does this piece that on the end of thair signify hairloss or do healthy hairs have those as well...just wondering...thanks

Mostly sebum -- skin tissue and oil. Doesn't really signify anything -- whether it is black or white.
