I lose a lot of hair and I have a lot of dead skin, this is a fungus, seborric dermatitis maybe?

Same here. Most of my strands have a large bulb/flake attached to it. I even managed to shed a strand that had a red colored bulb, as if my scalp was bleeding or something like that. If I scrub my hair with a comb or brush I'll also get this white thing in your picture

Could just be a dry/irritated scalp. Do you use topical minoxidil? Personally topical min really dried out and irritated my scalp and I had the same flaking.

Try using salicylic acid shampoo. The salicylic acid will actually dissolve away the dead skin (yes I know that sounds gross). Didn't clear the problem up 100% for me but it's a lot better now
