What is the most afficient therapy regardless the costs +?

What natural medicines is recommended ?
Please DO NOT advise me me finasterydes, propecias and so on.

I await the solutions without any side effects (like Tricomin, RU58841 ect..) and if possible with minimum chemicals.

P.S. I don want also solutions like transplantations....etc.

Shampoo: Aloe-Jojoba Foreverliving, going to change to Tricomin shampoo and revitalizer in a month
