Hi all, what is the recommended daily dosage for finasteride? I believe I have 5mg tablets that I split in half and take 1/2 tab 3days a week.. thanks in advance

If you have the 5mg. Most people cut them into four pieces and take then daily. That averages to 1.25mg a day. The recomended dosage for hairloss is 1mg a day. But due to the half life of finasteride i would reccomend you take the 1.25mg daily. Oh, and if you are worried about sides dont be. I take finasteride and dutasteride and have no sides.
