for good hair my doctor told me to take 'centrum' and 'fish oil' tablets. also you should eat as much fish as you possibly can...but not big fish too much because they have mercury in them

Heres a site that gives a list of good vitamins and their doses:

http://www.holistic-online.com/Remedies ... rition.htm

Although, i havent started vitamins yet.

Also, if youre experiencing inflammation, flaxseed oil might be beneficial:

http://www.wholehealthmd.com/refshelf/s ... 83,00.html

Stay away from processed and high sugar foods too.

Ever noticed how many native Asians are bald? Not the ones that come to the U.S. and eat our junk food. I think thats definitely something to think about, and i think alot of it has to do with their diet.

that's funny...
I used to take same capsules that contains what http://www.holistic-online.com/Remedies ... rition.htm reffers as good nutrition for hair.
It called vitacrecil and contain L-cysteine,Zinc, Vitamin B, Pantothenic acid, antioxids, biotn and many other ingredients.

I cannot tell if it is working or not.I stopped very early because was too f***ing expensive.20 euros for a box of 20 capsules, meaning a euro the capsule and the instruction said to take 2 capsules the day! It is expensive or what?!!!!
Except centrium (very common vitamin product) is there any othe product helpful?

MSN can be found on the internet or channel 34 and 65 on my local cable channel.

MSM is a supplement...
Just a quick cut and paste from a google search

MSM stands for methyl-sulfonyl-methane. It is also referred to as "physiological sulfur." What this latter term implies is that MSM provides the human body with the essential mineral sulfur. This designation is deserved as MSM is a form of sulfur found in the tissues and fluids not only in humans by all plants and animals. MSM is the major form of sulfur in the human body. Sulfur is an important element for all cells and body tissues. It is especially important nutrient for joint tissue where it functions in the stabilization of the connective tissue matrix of cartilage, tendons, and ligaments. As far back as the 1930s, researchers demonstrated that individuals with arthritis are commonly deficient in this essential nutrient. Restoring sulfur levels brought about significant benefit to these patients. Sulfur is also important to proper liver function, detoxification reactions, and for the action of insulin.

Well these aren't hair loss treatments, so .... the term "working" .... is a little vague, but if your diet and the way you treat your body is affecting the moisture and health of your existing hair, these things may help. If it isn't, then these things probably won't do much for ya. But what you listed are definitely the "hair health supplements" we'd recommend too. Again, not the same as hair loss treatments, but whatever it was you were taking from that company sounds about right, at least ingredient-wise, to help make your existing hair more healthy looking.
