What Is "spironolactone" and Where Do I Get it..

I've read numerous posts about it but don't see it under product reviews or where to get it. I'm 26, currently on 1.25 of finasteride (6 months) and 5% rogaine as my scalp tolerates. I'm going to start revinogen and folligen but keep seeing spironolactone in posts but don't know what it is or where to get it. Also my head is always irritated and itchy, has been for years, I've tried tgel and nazarol but to to avail.....would 2% nizoral be any better.....is there anything that helps with the irritation and itch.....topical antiinflamatory or something bc i think its hindering my treatments......Thanks, Chris
