I've been using finasteride for 1 month. It makes my hair greasy and shedding.

Is this a sign of reflex hyperandrogenicity?

Shedding is part of starting finasteride as weaker hairs are pushed out for healthier ones, the hair being greasy could be from the increase in testosterone or you could have a bout of telogen effluvium. Give it a few months and see if it normalizes, if it doesn't after 6-12 months re-evaluate and consider quitting or pushing through.
