Its looks like a nw1.25.
You're one of the few people who don't actually loose their Full temples, but youll recede around them, perfect for wigs hah
I don't how aggressive your hair loss but considering your 19 does not bode well.

You have a Norwood "T" pattern which is rare and usually reserved for trolls. Also, you don't have male pattern baldness.

norwood 1

you don't need rogaine. It doesn't do anything to stop male pattern baldness, and there is nothing to regrow so it is useless. I am pretty sure you don't even have male pattern baldness yet

Norwood 1. I honestly can't see any hair loss, but the pictures aren't great so perhaps I'm missing something.

My temple points used to be straight like a line . Now they receded back a bit . Do y'all think I can maintain what I have with my regimen?

You can obviously see slight recession, jesus.
But I wouldn't bother getting on anything yet, be patient, wait.
You dad state on hair, history on male pattern baldness?

People on these forums have no idea what a strong hairline is...some people can have their hair half-way down their forehead and receed to something comparable to a NW2 and still look like a solid NW1...

dad passed away age 35 I never knew him . Mother told me he had very thick hair and a great hairline. My grandpa in his 60s had lost half his hair , but kept his crown.
I have a very high insulin level and a low shgb and my understanding is this can lead to hairloss

Norwood 1. I can't see any signs of male pattern baldness. You look to have a normal mature hairline. I hope you're trolling us.
mature hairline is hairloss. I'm asking is it going to stop or keep maturing ?

There is such thing as a mature hairline, though not exactly common and only few are blessed with it...
Some people recess to the likes of a NW2-NW3 in their early 20's and stay that way for the rest of their life untill their late 50's and start perhaps thinning out...

Common way for people to aquire male pattern baldness from their dad and usually the case they don't experience the same luxory of having a 'mature' hairline and starting becoming a nw5 in their 30's.

Lol bro you will make many of us jealous about your awesome hairline and thick hair. Relax, be vigilant, take lots of pictures and check back every 3-6 months for signs. If the hair starts shedding, then worry. If the pics look different, then worry. Your line looks like just a regular guys line as the get into their twenties. If you're SURE you're receding, then sure keep taking the meds, but for now, looks good. Maybe get a professional to tell you versus wasting effort and sides on meds.
