What is MSM?

I read though some posts and gather that it makes hair grow more quickly, but what exactly is it and where do you get it. Would it be in a dietary supplement section of a store?

I forget what it is exactlly, I think it's a sulphur that your body needs. It DOES make your hair grow thicker, but doesn't do anything for baldness.
If you're interested in taking it, I'd highly recommend buying it in bulk from these people. I've been buying it in 5lb bags from them for over a year.
