A few questions:
1) What is ideal vehicle for RU58841? Ethanol and Propylene Glycol or KB Solution?
2) If I buy ready made solution from Anagen Inc and it gets shipped to Europe, won't it get spoiled along the way, since it is supposedly needed to be kept in cold?
