Over the last 3-5 months i got my temples recessed, density of hair decreased and now i got diffuse thinning. I had super thick hair and there were no signs of balding at all. Everything happened very qucikly and i think I still continue to thin. My parents dont have any alopecia and dad still have perfect hair line and thick hair. I am 26 y.o.

could be thyroid problems or you just had this temple situation since beginning but didnt pay attention to

I'm an oldie and I never saw this kind of hairloss growing up as a young adult. Or it was very rare . Now it seems more common I would not be surprised if it's food related to days foods are poluted with GMOs and pesticides

I have the same hair loss. Seems you will follow the same pattern as me : Diffuse UnPatterned Alopecia
My dad lost his at 50 yo and my big brother lost it but with the Norwood scheme.
I tried everything to fix it but nothing works. So few years after spotting this my hair thinned more everywhere on my head (top; sides and back as well)
