What Is Hair Shed With A Buzzcut Like?

I want to start using minoxidil soon, but the shedding aspect is holding me back. I have a buzzcut and I would like to keep my buzzcut while using minoxidil. Will the shedding be noticeable on my head?

And a question about shedding in general: Will my hair shed/fall out without me touching it? I work with food and having my hair come off would be an issue.
