Caffeine has been shown to be as effective as minoxidil in scientific journals. I want to know which brand is good and effective .most sales shampoo but I want liquid caffeine. Alpecine is good brand but never tried it. Do suggests. Thanks.

I have never seen anyone actually get results from a regime with caffeine. Inmy country alpecin was no longer allowed to advertise it as an anti hair loss shampoo because it did not work.

Rosemary oil has also been established in certain studies to have a results. Still, no one here ever got results. All these studies are of low quality (design, low amount of participants, no meta studies) so you can take them with a grain of salt.

Minoxidil is giving me side effects like tiredness and wrinkles. So I have stopped it from last week ,I amnin search of good topical ,what would you donif you were me?
