What Is Going On With My Hair? Bad Hair Day

Hey all, I've became slighty concerned about how my hair looks and the amount that falls from the front (especially the middle). If you look at the attached images you will notice my hair around the front area looks completely fu..... it looks like finer hairs all over and when I move my palm slowly over the top they feel very firm. I'm also noticing hard sebum attached to the end of the bulb which is freaking me out. I don't know what to do is this a classic sign of male pattern baldness?

Also, I'm shedding alot of hair, its hard to comb, the vertex can get greasy even after washing and has a strange odor, I can feel spots on the vertex (possibly inflammed?), it also itches time to time especially when I run my fingers through.
