What is a good amount of minoxidil for temples only?

Surely one wouldnt use the whole suggested 1 ml, right? If that's the case, more of it would end up dripping down my face for several hours. I'm just starting and want to get in a good liberal dousing of it, but also be smart about it at the same time. What does everyone else use?

Best thing to do is use as much as it takes to cover your receeding area...Whatever that may be??????

Here is some advice take it or leave it. I take the one mill dropper at 1mil of monoxidil and apply it in a circular pattern around my crown, and run a line, still on the very top of your crown and move more towards the front. Then I take a half a milliter, lean my head back apply drops around my hairline and let it drip back.

Like petchsky said, enough to cover the area, I would guess less than 1/2ml.

If you need to cover your whole head (diffuse thinners) you may need 2ml.

I use 1.5 - 2ml and cover the crown, vetex, temples and sides.

if I had the money I would rub a bit into my *** as well.
