i know this but it takes years to become high value if ur not good looking in the first place
also even alphs get cheated on and can be treated badly if the women is fucked up
this red pill stuff is cringe
Yes, it takes years, which is exactly my point, but no one said it would be easy, it's hard af to change.
In life if you only go for what is the easy option you'll end up living sh*t, eating sh*t, and being sh*t.
While people think they have nothing to do but sit and sulk about how the world works , they could actually be working on becoming a high value man, and then they realize it takes long and suddenly from thinking they have too much free time, they suddenly swap to feeling as if they don't have enough time in the day to do all they need to do to become a high value man.
Which is exactly my point, if you were focused on the right things you wouldn't be thinking you have so much free time and wonder what you should be doing to pass time, like Netflix, over sleeping, etc, you would be focused on only doing things that will improve yourself which is quite time consuming.
Also, sure alpha males occasionally get treated badly by women, but that's only in the rare cases when the women is also high value. If she isn't high value she is in no position to be treating a high value make like sh*t because he can just go get with other women.
Furthermore, the amount of high value males that get treated like crap in a relationship is greatly less and almost rare in comparison to beta males in a relationship.
Atleast as a high value male you get to go after the girl YOU want and you get to decide what to put up with and what not to.
Also, to guys who are fat or out of shape, focus on gyming and reducing body fat a lot. It will be beneficial for your health, hair and confidence. Even your hair needs that blood flow pump from exercise.
I also never understood guys who look for a partner when they aren't the best versions of themselves, and that includes learning how not to be a simp, the art of dating and communicating/texting as a high value man, etc. It's just setting yourself up for failure.
