If I had to choose only one treatment to remain on it would be finasteride or dutasteride. If I had to give credit to one agent for regrowth it would be minoxidil... But, I added so many treatments at once it is impossible to tell which one is making a difference, or which combination is most helpful. I wish someone would do a study of multiple treatments (beyond the fact that finasteride and minoxidil have additive effects, which is proven) to see if other topicals were helpful when added to "the big 3".
