There are some people that claim stopping masturbation has stopped their hair from falling and aids in thicker hair growth. There is not much scientific study on this and the validity of this correlation is certainly questionable. However, from a non hair-related perspective, I do believe that masturbation can grow into an unhealthy addiction and should be avoided either way.

It makes no difference. I think its possible before and during sex your T levels spike which seems it would mean more DHT, but your talking what a couple hours out of a day if that? If you were going bald before your certainly going bald whether you did this or not.
Same with lifting or exercise. Its so minor and temporary its not worth worrying about. Its all what you do long term.
