it wouldn't matter, but a red inflamed scalp is a problem on its own. Start using better shampoos and stop eating junk food

i rogaine foam 5% 2x a day, morning and night

i use revivogen shampoo and keep it in the hair for 2 minutes and every third day i use nizoral 2% for 3 to 4 minutes

i'm thinking reduce the revivogen shampoo time to 30 to 60 seconds instead?

and instead use nizoral every other day? for less time, say 2 to 3 minutes?

and also i'm gonna start using some natural b complex thickening conditioner everyday wouldn't that be good?

Whoa....trust me here ok?

Stop using everything for now. Just for 1 week. A red scalp is terrible and is inflamed. A week will not hurt you treatment wise.

My best guess is your problem is either the Minoxidil OR the Nizoral. Maybe both. You need to let your scalp recover, you have to.

Worst case scenario...you'll need to use rogain foam and ditch the nizoral. No big deal.

Your scalp is dried out...add in something nice and gentle like Tea Tree Oil shampoo/Conditioner.

can i reduce it to a day if i use hydrocortisone?

just put some on and it helps greatly man.

at the most can i just do 3 days? a week seems to be stretching it :/

and so you don't think nizoral really means that much?

what about the whole "big 3" thing?

so you're saying that i should stop rogaine and nizoral and just use revivogen shampoo then?

I am saying stop everything until your scalp feels better then slowly start adding stuff back in until you figure out what the problem is. You need to think long term and time it takes to figure out whats wrong is irrelevant. The solution isn't to just keep adding crap on.
