python realized that the majority of people are too lazy, incompetent and unreliable to take on the task. they cut corners, theyre not willing to do tasks that are assigned, not enough input, not enough help to execute the entire project... essentially 95% of people are complaining naysayers zero faith in the project despite the fact that they have NO knowledge at all about marketing, advertising, social media, etc.

The whole project will never fly as long as the hair loss community has this many debbie downers.

It seemed like the majority of the posts were arguing over the name and logo of the organization. Would have been better off getting a handful of serious guys together and getting things started offline rather than asking trying to get feedback and answer questions on a thread.

You mean professionals, right? Let's think about that:

The crowdfunding idea has been around for a while. I made a comprehensive list of assigned tasks we'd have which included PR, design, administration, content writers, etc. With all the forums that are out there and the many thousands of members of the main forum sites, we only had a COUPLE people willing to contribute. I personally have little faith in the community. I think the mistake we made initially was finding people that would commit to the project. The vast majority... or actually, damn near everyone had no intentions of contributing to the project for the long term. And even if you were to find these people, they have to be pros.

Well yes, I was frustrated with the amount of support. There is so many people out there and not one decided to step up and wrote the content.

However, we can do this. Nearing the end of the thread, I had found a very good theme that I can use to recreate the design. It had everything we need and then some. We can use that theme, I guess I can do some design work but its not going to be perfect. I would however need two things.

1. I needs someone who is going to write the content.
2. I need the logo hellouser had so I can st least add that. Maybe he wants perfection, but what's better - nothing at all, or something?

Anyways, that's what I have to say. I would also need a server because mine is having troubles at the moment. If I don't see at least two people who are willing to commit to content writing, then I probably will not be interested.

There is a few guys who create entire threads with thousands of freaking words here. And for what? For another "this is my theory of why we are balding blah blah", no good comes of it. Those who do that should consider creating the content instead, it would be more constructive than to measure dicks with other forum members.
But yeah ... it's 2015 and we know we have nothing even close.

Did you guys decide what to do with the money, before thread was closed ? What about crowdfunding to speed up Histogen's trials in Asia? Just my suggestion
