i dont suffer from hair loss, but from acne.
i found out nizoral could be a good solution as it shrinks the sebacous gland\reduce oily skin and so on.
so im using nizoral on my face almost 2 weeks, and i can tell that my face is much less oily and i breakout less. but i noticed that my back+chest acne got worse, i always broke out abit on my back and chest, but it seems that in the last week i breakout much worse then usual. i developed 6 pimples in the last week on my chest, something NEVER happend to me before.
so when DHT doesnt bind to the receptors of the sebacous glands on the face [cuz of nizoral], what happen to that DHT that should have bind the the receptor on the face? does it keep floating around the body till it finds a receptor of some other sebacous gland[for example on the back\chest where i dont use nizoral] that it can be "activated" and cause oily skin>acne? or it can bind to the receptor on the face it somehow being deactivated?
