Nothing has worked for me. Started treatments at 20 with very good hair still, but was receding pretty fast. My hair is pathetic now. I'm thinning badly everywhere now, even in the back and sides. My hairline is absolutely wrecked. I've tried finasteride 1mg, 2mg, 5mg, dutasteride .5mg, minoxidil 5% foam and liquid, lipogaine, dermarolling, dermastamping, Retin-A, castor oil, biotin and caffeine topicals. Nothing has worked. What now...? Is there anything else I should try? I can't be bald my skull shape is horrible. Might be time to look further into wigs unless anyone can think of anything else that could work.

Mtf regime.....how is ur family history?
Not doing anything that extreme. Little to no hair loss in my family. Don't know anyone that started losing hair before 40s in my family. Both my older brothers are NW0 and NW1's. Legit no idea where I inherited this, but I am losing in a pattern where it looks like I am going to be completely bald all over my head. Not really losing in a typical pattern anymore, heavily diffusing all over.
Do you think RU is worth a shot? Tried to get it before online from anageninc but my credit card got declined. Also never heard of great results on it, but just want something to ease my mind for a couple more months I guess, cuz I know everything I am doing now isn't working, and at least if I try something new I can have hope for a couple months.

Hey man, there are a bunch of other things you can try. RU is definitely a great addition, I would try it. I get mild side sexual effects from it but I seem to be a rare case. Also, many people have tried zix with great success in halting shedding, @worm has a great thread on it in the alternative treatments section. It's super easy to make and very cheap. There's also setipiprant, while it is expensive, the few users that I have seen dosing at 1g + per day are seeing complete maintenance and even some with slight thickening / regrowth. I myself am about to try it. If I were you I would hop on RU first, then try the others if it fails after a few months.
where do you get your RU from? Is there a premade solution?

I got mine from Kane, and I mixed it with ethanol and propylene glycol. I don’t use it anymore though. There are premade solutions available from anageninc, although some people claim they are slightly less effective. I’d mix my own solution just in case. Hellouser has a great RU usage guide in this forum if you need any help. I would def check it out.
