What does new growth look like a first?

Hi all can anyone explain what new growth looks like as i'm on my way to the end of one month on regaine 5 % and I have lots of fine and soft little hairs that weren't there before...

those are vellus hair or what ya might call baby hairs........they can if you push them hard enough turn into big strong terminal hairs but you really may have to throw everything at them,including a copper peptide and an internal dht inhibitor
