What Do You Use To Sterilize Derma Pen?

How do you sterilise a derma pen? Do you just change the needle cartridge every time you use it?

That will get quite expensive. I just use a saline and hand sanitizer mix and spray it on the needle.

I have bought some disposable sterilised needle cartridges for single time use from amazon. I assume that would be okay, I don’t need to actually sterilise the top of pen, if the needle goes on the end?
