What Do You Think Of My Left Temple? Does It Look Like Very Early Stages Of male pattern baldness?

umm, my mothers side is full of nw0s, ill have to disagree
This doesn't invalidate what I'm saying. It's a myth that you can only inherit baldness from your mother's side. If you are going bald and the males on your mother's side don't show baldness, it's likely you inherited it from your father. You can get male pattern baldness from either side, your mother's side is just more dominant and usually a better place to look than your father's side, which is why I made the post.

It's down to lottery. Mothers side isn't more important than fathers and the other way around. You could be getting your hair genes from fathers side while your brother gets it from mothers side. It's just a lottery ticket.
It's true you can inherit genes for baldness from either side, but your mother's side is more important than your father's and the hereditary factor is more dominant on your maternal side.

I think if your dad is a NW0 and his dad as well, you have good reasons to chill down regardless of other family members, though you could be unlucky (lower chance than the opposite I believe) and inherit it from your mom's dad
This isn't true and part of the reason I posted about the importance of your maternal line. Always look to your mother's side first. If your mom's father went bald, you basically have a 50% chance of going bald, as your mom has two X genes, and could have inherited one or two with baldness genes from her father. If she has a brother who is bald and you have a brother who is bald, you will most likely go bald, though your dad's genes can influence the baldness. There are a lot of genes that affect baldness. Your mother's side is just typically more dominant. I'm a perfect example of why this is true. Most of the males on my mom's side are bald or balding, including my brother who is a year older than me. My dad and his dad both have / had full heads of hair. It's likely my dad's genes influenced my male pattern baldness, as my brother and all of the men from my mom's side went bald early, around 16-20, but I'm 29 and am in the very early stages of hair loss. If neither your dad's side nore mother's side showed baldness in your immediate family, THEN you could chill and are pretty safe, though you can inherit baldness from generation back apparently.

My dude, you can catch the hair loss gene from your great-great-grandfather, even if all your living relatives are NW0s. I understand your point though, although it has no scientific backing whatsoever.

Again, you aren’t saying anything that is counter to what I’m saying. Also, i’m not sure why you are acting like inheriting baldness from your maternal side and its dominance is some kind of wacko, unsubstantiated theory. That’s a ridiculous thing to say, but if you do any research whatsoever you’ll find this is the general consensus, though there are hundreds of genes they’ve discovered already that influence baldness and probably many more to discover in the future and there are a lot of factors to take into account. Do some research, though. Good luck to you!

I just realised i wrote my post just so I could feel better about my situation rofl

In short, my dad is a Nw0 at 60 yo, his dad the same
But, my moms dad had male pattern baldness (dont know to what extent exactly, but his temples were receided a good deal, and my mom told me he had no crown hair)

My moms brothers are fine, my 22 yo brother is fine too

I’m 18 yo, and although i would still be considered a nw0-1 by some, and a bdd cuck, I feel like my hairline is not perfect anymore and that my temples have gone really slightly back (I’d like to believe mature hairlines exist, but do they happen at 18?)

Your hair is growing well in the front and around your temple area.

Usually the growth isn't good around the the balding areas.

If there is small growth on the temple area, compared to the rest, that's a definite
bad sign.
