What Do You Think About Take 1mg Duta ?

Im on 0,5mg daily since almost 3 months, the problems is that i have to quit minoxidil after taking it for 2 years, i will lose a lot of gains.

So i was thinking to add another pill of duta..

Could be dangerous for the thyroid or the liver ?

My thyroid is a bit high (3.12 tsh) and my estradiol too (37). Liver is ok and i only drink alcohol 1 day a week.

I think between 0,5 and 1mg theres only 1 or 2 % more inihbition of serum dht but there is a greater difference in scalp reduction dht, which allow better regrowth.

I don't drink alcohol.
1mg of dutasteride saved my hair for a long time ...

These are two different mechanisms of action op. Maybe not a good idea to do so. You don't want to exhaust your options too soon.

To be honest you will be underwhelmed by the results and it does not make that big of a difference between 0.5 if you take it daily because of the long half life, but if you like to inhibit more dht and your loss is aggressive why not ? There people with more extreme regimes like they combine 5mg finasteride with dutasteride,spironolactone,estradiol. If you're worried about liver I suggest start using 1mg and go see a Doctor and do some tests to be sure everything's ok.

Wmq, i need something strong because i will lose a lot thickness and hairs after quitting minoxidil, i was using it since 2 years sometimes 8ml a day, you can imagine..

Saitama, idont want to castrate myself with spironolactone and estradiol, and dont know how works finas+dutas there arent studys about that.
My remaine options are dutas and hair transplant.

Forget about half life discussions ... 1 and 2mg will lower DHT in your scalp more than ever.

Have you tried combining topical dutasteride with oral dutasteride 0.5mg? Because your reasoning is lowering scalp dht and serum dht is basically nuked from 0.5mg dutasteride

Thx man. First i will try desensitization to my minoxidil allergy. If it doesnt work i will go with 1 mg daily

Compared to taking 0.5mg, is there a huge difference between 0.5mg daily and 1mg daily?

Yeah I've tried.
When I take 0,5mg I have so bad itchy scalp that totally disappear when I took 1 and 2mg.
You need more duta to lower DHT in the scalp, I'm sure of that.

Hey mate have you got your testo and estradiol levels when you took 1mg ?
