The oxytocin hormone is two similar peptide hormone produced in the hypothalamus, stored in the posterior pituitary, consisting of 9 amino acids.

The hormone oxytocin has a regulatory effect on gonadotropin release. In rats, administration of oxytocin during the prostructive period is reported to cause an increase in LH level through GnRH secretion. These findings show the effect of oxytocin on ovulation and sexual behavior. While the hormone oxytocin decreases ACTH release in men, it increases the release of FSH.

A research I found on Google ebook
increased lh to fsh ratios enhance the aromatization of androgens to estrogens, and stimulate excessive hair growth and inhibit ovulation.

And a research other
FSH = follicle-stimulating hormone

So FSH increase means new hair regrowth. As far as I understand, oxytocin seems to work for us.
