Just finasteride if you want to. I think the right side of your temple is experiencing slight recession. Ain't that bad! I say wait for some more time and keep on checking it every month. Take pics of it and compare. If it recedes further then obviously you'll have to start using finasteride.

Dude don't worry about the people trolling you, they're pissed they didn't do anything when they were at your stage. I suggest trying minoxidil. You should also monitor your hair if its thin in the front and the back then you need to be aggressive with treatment

You still have a full head of hair. I recently had a PRP treatment and it absolutely stopped my hairloss. Unfortunately I did it after losing most of my hair. Wish I had the procedure sooner. Prob still have a full head of hair

First off, good job catching hairloss early. I see some recession and miniaturization on the corners of your hairline, if you want to help maintain what you have then you should use propecia or finasteride.

guys im not stupid! i wouldnt waste ur time! i respect u and checking this forum ( without being a member) for long time (1 or 2 months). I know im having hairloss at an early stage. I have to agree im very lucky maybe smart to catch hairloss early. My hair looks a bit worse in real life than pictures. Thank you so much btw im 19 y/o too early to start finasteride? Also 3-4 months ago i cut my hair very short and you could see thinning spots maybe i have the best hair style and length for my hair.

the hair i loose in the shower brushing etc are the small and very thin ones. Is this a bad thing?

Use minoxidil and ketaconazole shampoo and wait for a year. Getting on finasteride is your choice, but IMO wait till you are above 23.

best minoxidil to not get greasy hair? is this ketaconazole the same as nizoral? if not whats the difference

u can try finasteride and minoxidil but keep in mind u will lose hair before u see hair regrowth. in ur current condition u r find and be blessed cause when i was 19 i think i had it worse.

Yupp nizoral is a brand name for keto.
Look into FOAM minoxidil. They are good but you have to look where you apply it. Most guys put it on their haur and let it be. It HAS to reach the scalp

haha yeah hairstyle is nice i hope i will be able to pull it off for years if meds are going to work for me.
I see many negative comments about minoxidil alone.
most of the time it seems that makes things worse :/
