Hello all,

Please look at my picture and let me know what is recommended? Minoxidil or something else?

Im a relatively healthy eater and drink a lot of water, don't drink or smoke. I'm 36

I'd say your diffuse thinning and probably have been for several years but you've got a great hairline so if your willing I'd get on finasteride, probably get some good results and then add minoxidil down the road say a year after seeing what finasteride does for you ....

You could probably do an online consultation to get it prescribed from hims or keeps and have it delivered....that's only if it bothers you to the point where you want to keep or regrow more of your hair ...either way best of luck and you have a good looking son, congrats!

Don't listen to that money grabber above. Take my advice and then you can decide if you'd want a transplant at a REPUTABLE doctor in a REPUTABLE country. Finasteride /propecia should be first step anyways.

You still have decent density.

I'd say start with propecia 1mg/day + Minoxidil (Rogaine) 2x daily for a year to see how it goes. This could help you maintain or even give you more hair density.

You can also use hair fibres like caboki or toppik or a concealer like Dermmatch for instant results.

Just visit a good surgeon who will suggest you the best technique for your hair loss issues.
