:agree: How the hell did 3,500 grafts produce that result. Utter BS.

All of that could be true Andrei, but in any case it is deceptive and unethical imo.

Armani's work always looks good, but there's something distinctly dodgy about the guy. It's hard to put it into words, but let's just say if you read about this guy online you'll get a slightly bad smell from what you hear - even if it seems to look fantastic.

Overall, this hair transplant looks a little 'off' to me. A lot of hair transplants do, even nowadays. If I were going to take this route I'd probably go FUE and buzz pretty short, since density issues aren't too noticeable that way.

I've never seen the guy so this is all my personal opinion:

Armani used to have a good reputation, but I keep reading horror stories from his hair transplant's that I never read from Shapiro or Umar or other docs...
I read one of a Chinese patient who ended up with less hair after his hair transplant (literally none of the grafts came), and he was basically ignored by Armani (I'll see if I can fish up a link)


I dunno, he seems to be a bit of a shark. Putting out clearly deceptive pictures like this doesn't increase my confidence. Does he have a Youtube channel like some of the other docs? (Umar has one with uncensored comments)
