What do you guys think of my hair?

Quick background, I'm 20 years old and don't have much hair loss in the family, but I have been under a lot of stress lately.

I feel like my hairline has gotten worse in the past month, especially the left temple. The right temple isn't too bad, but the left one seems to be receding a lot more. How bad do you guys rate it, and what can I do to hopefully regrow/not lose any more hairs. I'm also shedding a good amount. I do suffer (from what I believe) is minor Seborrheic Dermatitis as I have a lot of dandruff/flakes and red spots/pimples on my scalp, would this possible be the cause of this?

Sorry for the amount of pictures but it was tough getting a picture which I feel accurately represents what it looks like. I tried using different angles, flash, and something holding my hair back so each picture is different, hopefully that helps give you a good idea of how it looks like at the moment. I also linked pictures of my hair from the past few months. Thanks.

Is there anything I can do to restore the small amount of hair I've lost at the temples?

You'll be bald in no time. You better hop on high doses of estrogen QUICK.

Solid NW3vA forming there, better hop on 2mg dutasteride daily + spironolactone and RU. If you are consistent with your regime you might gain some ground and hopefully revert back to where you were 18 months ago.

I can't tell if the above two posters are being serious or not...I know the hair loss isn't that bad but I want to catch it early if it's anything.

They're having a go at you. Your hair loss, if there IS any, is barely noticeable to you, and not to anyone else. honestly I would think you were a werewolf or something with that hairline.

If you've lost hair loss due to stress, the way to get it back is to just...relax. it'll come back in time.

Thanks, ever since I've noticed a bit of hair loss it's become almost an unhealthy obsession, I guess I need to just relax about it.

It seems very very mild, if any. Its really hard to tell based on the pictures. You should see the dermatologist if you are concerned.

I saw a derm who brushed it off as nothing but said he could perscribe me Nizoral 2% if I was really that concerned. Will that (or anything else) help regrow the hair I lost?

Can stress cause hairloss just in the temples or does it cause general thinning?

I'd suggest that you start using minoxidil. At your stage you don't even have to use it at the recommended dose, as there isn't much to regrow just a bit.

Seriously though? You need a prescription for nizoral?? Never really heard of that...
