I would have thought the substances they use to increase their estrogen production for increasing breast tissue would be enough to prevent further hair loss. They have more choices as they dont care about whether what their taking makes them grow boobies - in fact they prefer it that way

transexuals still go bald genius. You ever watch howard stern? NO matter how much pills Chavanne the transexual pops to become a woman guess what isnt growing for him- his hair. And he complains about it everytime.

Sure, was just making a point that a wider variety of anti androgens are available to transexuals as the potential for female sexual characteristics are not a problem. If they are intending to have full gender reallignment surgery then ED and other problems anti androgens can promote wouldn't be a problem either. I was just attempting to do this in a light hearted manner. No offence was meant. I am as liberal a guy as you can get so no need for the aggro :)

Transexuals take flutamide, an androgen receptor blocker, in many cases.l

There are other anti-androgens available to them like spironolactone interanlly, cyterperone acetate.

Many take estrogen also. Some do get some "regrwoth" after many years, but not a headfull of regrowth. They do quit losing it though.
