What diuretics do people use to stop water retention?

As above really! Ive heard Dandelion Leaf Extract is a good herbal one?,

Any other peoples opinions? What have you used and is it successful!

So no one uses any? Im currently using Dandelion extract, anyone know how long this stuff should take to kick in and start working?
