What Can You Tell Me From My Buzzcut?

So a while ago i posted pics here asking for advice after noticing that my hair has gotten too thin and fragile, and some users noted that my hair is in fact thinning and that I'm balding.
I visited a dermatologist a month and a half ago and they recommended minoxidil and finasteride, and so i started the treatment.
My hair started shedding severely two or three weeks into the treatment and i had very long hair so it was noticeable.
Fast forward to last Sunday, i was lighting a cigarette and my hair literally caught on ******* fire. It was beyond saving so i buzzed it off.
Now that my hair is starting to grow from the buzzcut i can locate where exactly my hair is thinning.
What do you think about the pictures, what type of balding do you think this is and what else do you recommend?
My current regimen is minoxidil 5% every night, finasteride every day and nizoral twice a week with biotin and a 5 minute scalp massage daily (i know they might not do anything but what the hell).
Any feedback is appreciated.

Not going to lie your hair looks normal and with a NW1 hairline. In one of the photos it looks like you have a bald spot near the crown however it’s just the lighting and looks normal in the photo after it.

I agree with jake94, it looks as though you have a completely normal hairline except for one pic where the crown looks a little thin. If you grew your hair out, I don’t think anything would look off about your hair at all.

Thanks for the feedback guys but I'm pretty sure I've got diffuse thinning. It's the places in my scalp where there is very tiny hairs, you can see the difference in the concentration of hair follicles in the problem areas.
Hoping that the treatment goes well. Fingers crossed.
