What can i do to prevent bald/receding? Please help.

Can someone please advice me on the best way to prevent hair loss or even rejuvenation of hair follicles. I would like to know if finasteride is the best way to go and if it is safe for a 19 year old. I feel i have to do something about it now or i will be bald in a few years. My father is a noorwood 7. Any help will be appreciated.

Avoid caps, ...

If you are truly destined to be a NW7, then you will
end up as a NW7 with or without treatments.

Come on people, don't write false things.
Caps have nothing to do with male pattern baldness.

And that fact "if you are destined to be NW7, you will end as that , even with treatments is completely wrong.
Even there is no cure to revert from NW7 to NW2, there are tretments which can maintain your hair for decades, if not for life.

And erectile difunction is a quite rare side effect of finasteride.

And, coocnut oil won't do anything for your hair.
And even SLS in shampoos is not something very bad for male pattern baldness.
