What Are Those Red Dots ( Acne? ) On My Head

Hey guys, i usually get tons of red dots near my hairline and i think its starting to be receeding, could this "acne" near hairline be an indicator?
What could be the cause? I have very oily skin and im worried its causing this acne in my forehead & hairline.
I used to have more hair on my temples, pics of shaved hair from week a go.

It looks fine....but it does seem to be a consistent to the red bumps and itchyness....and dry scalp. Do you have these issues with the bumps? Could see seborric dermatitis or dht effecting that area...????

I will go to a dermatologist next week and ask why i get those so often arround hairline, really annoying always pimples there, how i know if its dht ?

Do they itch and do you lose hair there? I think only way to know is see a dermatologist honestly...

Yea they itch alot and i think im losing hair there yes cuz i used to be nw0, i have seborric dermatitis or w.e its called last time i went to a derm, could that be a reason ? My head is always itchy...

I'm not sure but I think it could have something to do with dht. Dht is in the sebum gland and those red dots mean your getting inflammation in that area....but it could be something else. Hope you sort it out.

Thanks, gonna go to a dermatologist this week, my right side is def receeding compared to my left so i think it could be dht...
Can finasteride worsen my hairline or w.e ? I always see ppl complaining their hairline got worse when they got on meds so im scared...
